Penrose Drain

Description

Our Penrose Drain is a sterile, disposable device used to drain fluid from surgical wounds. It is a flat, flexible tube made of latex or silicone, and it is often used in conjunction with other drains, such as Jackson-Pratt drains. The drain is inserted into the wound and secured in place with sutures or adhesive tape. The distal end is connected to a drainage bag to collect fluid. Our Penrose Drains are designed to promote efficient drainage and minimize the risk of infection.
